The responses to  this picture are so stupid.

To the people who say “that’s illegal,” I’m sure you caption every photo on tumblr like that. Like all the photos of kids smoking or tagging that I see on my dash, and I’m sure you see on yours.

To the people who say it’s a waste of a dollar. Don’t tell me you’ve never drilled a hole into a coin to make it a necklace, smashed a penny into a souvenir at an amusement park, or seen store owners frame their first earned dollar never to be spent. I know I’m never going to spend the origami dollar I have that’s been folded into a camera. 

People waste bigger things in this country. Instead of complaining about one dollar you should complain about all the people who consider hot dog eating a sport when there are starving children in third world countries, or NASCAR drivers who waste millions of gallons of gas a year when obviously prices are going up. But people don’t complain because its entertainment. Just like this picture.
